Earthbound explores the relationship between humans and nature through the lens of dwelling. Evolving from nature, humans possess an innate instinct to live within it. Yet as our construction skills have become increasingly sophisticated, the materials we use, like steel, concrete, and glass, have made our homes ever more complex. The building process now contributes significantly to environmental degradation, further alienating us from the natural world. Earthbound seeks to reimagine a form of dwelling that is more primal and instinctual, one that meets the needs of contemporary living while drawing from and returning to nature.
